Clark Street Bread Review

Clark Street Bread churns out a good pastry. I've been to both the Brentwood and Echo Park locations, and both are solid. I would say, for the area, the Echo Park location works really well as a stop before hitting the Silver Lake and Los Feliz flea markets on the weekend. As for the croissant, you're getting a pretty solid pastry here, with a good foundation, nice flake, and perfect levels of butteriness. Solid joint. But maybe don't come here to get work done. In the words of Lexi Shapiro in the history capstone chat: "Don’t go to Clark st in Brentwood guys. U won’t lock in"
